Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Instant Custom Packaging UK website or place an order with us.
By placing an order, making payment or approving your artwork, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders
Please check all order details before confirming your order, including:
Product size and style
Quantity
Material and colour
Printing details
Artwork
Delivery address
Your order is confirmed after we accept it and receive the required payment.
2. Artwork Approval
You must check your artwork carefully before approving it.
Please check all spelling, contact details, sizes, colours, logos, images and design positions.
Production starts only after you approve the artwork. We are not responsible for mistakes that you approved.
3. Prices and Payment
The total price will be shown in your quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
We may not begin production until we receive payment.
Extra design work, order changes, rush production or special delivery requests may have an additional cost.
4. Production Time
Most orders are produced within 6 to 8 business days.
Production may take longer because of:
Large order quantities
Special materials
Complex designs
Special printing or finishing
Bulk packaging requirements
UK bank holidays
Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
All production times are estimates unless we confirm a fixed date in writing.
5. Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping across the UK on every order.
Rush delivery, timed delivery or special delivery requests may have an extra cost. We will tell you about any charge before arranging the service.
6. Couriers and Tracking
We use trusted couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and other delivery companies.
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link when available.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability.
Delays may happen because of:
Bad weather
Courier problems
Transport delays
UK bank holidays
Incorrect delivery details
Events outside our control
We will try to provide updates and help with delivery problems.
8. Checking Your Order
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If the parcel or products are damaged:
Take clear photos
Keep the original packaging
Count the affected products
Contact our support team
Do not throw away damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
9. Defective Products
A product may be defective if it is damaged, printed incorrectly, made incorrectly or different from the approved order.
You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the problem
Photos or videos
The number of affected products
We will review the issue and send return instructions where needed.
10. Returning Defective Products
To qualify for a reprint, defective products must be returned by post within 10 days of delivery.
Do not return any products before receiving instructions from us.
After we receive and inspect the products, we will confirm whether the return qualifies for a reprint.
11. Reprints
If we confirm that the products are defective, we will begin the reprint process.
Bulk-order reprints usually take around 10 business days.
Rush reprinting may be available for an additional fee.
12. Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
The products must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In their original condition
In their original packaging
You must contact us before returning any products.
Any replacement or reprint for a non-defective product will be made at the customerβs expense.
13. Custom-Made Products
Our packaging products are custom-made using the customerβs approved size, artwork, logo, colours, design or instructions.
Because custom products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be sold to another customer.
14. Refunds
We may provide a partial refund for an eligible returned product.
Because our products are custom-made, 99% of the product price is non-refundable.
Production begins only after you approve the order. We cannot normally offer a full refund after the completed products have been delivered.
A refund may be considered only after:
You contact us within the correct return period
We approve the return
We receive the returned products
We inspect the products
We confirm that the return qualifies
Approved refunds are normally processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights that cannot be limited under UK law.
15. Customer-Approved Mistakes
We are not responsible for mistakes approved by the customer, including:
Spelling mistakes
Wrong phone numbers or website addresses
Wrong sizes or colours
Incorrect artwork
Low-quality images
Wrong delivery addresses
A reprint caused by a customer-approved mistake will be charged as a new order.
16. Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible after:
Artwork approval
Material purchase
Printing
Production
Shipping
You may need to pay for work or materials already used.
17. Small Product Differences
Small differences can happen during printing and production.
These may include small changes in colour, size, material texture, print position, folding, cutting or finishing.
Normal production differences are not treated as defects.
18. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Giving us correct order details
Checking and approving artwork
Providing the correct delivery address
Making sure the packaging is suitable for your product
Checking legal, safety, label and barcode information
Following storage and handling instructions
19. Our Responsibilities
We will use reasonable care to produce, pack and arrange delivery of your order.
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
Incorrect customer information
Customer-approved mistakes
Incorrect storage or use
Changes made after delivery
Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
20. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
Contact our support team within the correct return period.
Provide your order number.
Explain the problem clearly.
Send photos or other evidence where needed.
Wait for our return instructions.
Return the products to the address provided.
Do not send products back without our approval.
21. Website Information
We try to keep our website information accurate.
Website images are examples only. Final colours, materials and appearance may look slightly different because of screen settings and printing methods.
Prices and product details may change before an order is confirmed.

We use your personal information to process payment, produce orders, arrange delivery, provide tracking, handle returns and offer customer support.
