Return and Refund Policy
At Instant Custom Packaging UK, we are committed to providing high-quality custom packaging and helpful customer support. We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products and review every request fairly and transparently.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so that our team can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
To qualify for a reprint, the defective product must be returned to us by post within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will begin the reprint process.
Reprints for bulk orders usually take approximately 10 business days. Rush reprinting may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Non-Defective Products
Returns of non-defective products are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Any reprint or replacement requested for a non-defective product will be produced at the customer’s expense.
Refund Policy
Instant Custom Packaging UK provides partial refunds for eligible returned products. As all our products are custom-made, 99% of the product price is non-refundable.
Production begins only after the customer has reviewed and approved the order. Therefore, we cannot offer full refunds or compensation after the completed products have been delivered.
Eligible refunds are normally processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.

Please do not return any products before receiving return instructions from us.
