Return & Refund Policy

We aim to get your packaging right, every time.

We use clear processes, fair timelines, and UK consumer law.

This policy meets Google Merchant Center requirements.

Custom, made-to-order products

• Produced to your approved proof.
• Usually non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return accepted only if defective or damaged.

Non-custom products

• May be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.

1. Email support@instantcustompackaging.co.uk.
2. Include order number, photos, and a short summary.
3. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
4. Use the return address provided with your RMA.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Report issues within 7 days of delivery.

Keep packaging and take clear photos of damage.

• Provide order number and a description of the issue.
• Attach photos of product, outer box, and shipping label.
• Do not discard items before we review.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

• Personalised items: Not returnable unless defective.
• Proof-approved orders: Colour or print differences within agreed tolerances are not faults.
• Used or partially used stock: Not eligible for return.
• Samples: Return only if defective on arrival.

• We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• You cover costs for change-of-mind returns on non-custom goods.
• Use tracked shipping for all returns.

We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take longer to post funds.

We will confirm the correct return address with your RMA.

Do not ship returns without an RMA reference on the label.
